The Past Perfect
The Past Perfect expresses the idea that something occurred before another action in the past. It can also show that something happened before a specific time in the past.
El Past Perfect (Pasado perfecto) se refiere a una acción que ha ocurrido y se ha completado antes de otra acción en el pasado. También expresa algo que ha sucedido antes de un momento específico en el pasado.
El past perfect puede ser confundido con el present perfect debido a que ambos utilizan el verbo to have como auxiliar. Es conveniente recordar que el present perfect se refiere a una acción que ha comenzado en el pasado y sigue siendo relevante en el presente.
